Cureety acquires Reimagine Care to build the future of precision oncology care

Reimagine Care, an AI-powered oncology care organization, today announced that it has been acquired by Cureety, a precision oncology care company. The acquisition brings together Cureety’s therapy-specific monitoring and clinical intelligence with Reimagine Care’s AI-supported patient engagement and oncology-specialized care teams to support more personalized, continuous care beyond the clinic.

Together, Cureety and Reimagine Care form a profitable organization that supports more than 250 cancer centers and 100,000 patients across five countries, with a combined team of approximately 150 people.

The acquisition comes as cancer treatments are becoming increasingly personalized and complex, more care is moving outside the hospital, and oncology teams are supporting growing patient populations with limited clinical resources. Yet care delivery has not evolved at the same pace. The next generation of cancer therapies requires the next generation of cancer care. The combined organization aims to extend the reach of oncology teams beyond scheduled visits, helping them maintain greater visibility between encounters, prioritize patients who need attention, and deliver more personalized, continuous care.

Cureety built its platform specifically for oncology, embedding therapy-specific monitoring and triage intelligence to help care teams identify potential deterioration and prioritize patients, while alleviating administrative burden through digital workflows. Its approach accounts for treatment, cancer type and individual patient context. This helps distinguish expected treatment effects from changes that may warrant clinical attention and supports care teams in determining the best next action. Reimagine Care brings an established U.S. oncology care model that combines its AI-enabled patient engagement platform Remi with oncology-trained care teams. Remi engages patients conversationally, captures clinically relevant information and escalates to human care teams when needed.

For U.S. cancer centers and community oncology practices, these combined capabilities integrate directly into existing clinical workflows, connecting therapy-specific clinical intelligence with AI-supported patient engagement and additional oncology-trained clinical capacity when needed. This enables the appropriate level of care based on what each patient needs, while supporting established U.S. care-management and remote-monitoring reimbursement pathways. The capabilities also are particularly relevant as more complex therapies, such as CAR-T and bispecific antibodies, move into broader and more distributed care settings, where access increasingly depends on the clinical infrastructure and capacity to safely monitor and support patients between visits.
