A study of telemonitoring in cancer patients

Study description

A prospective, randomized, open-label, single-centric study to assess the effectiveness of standard of care with Cureety, compared to standard of care alone, to reduce the duration and numbers of telephone calls during the first 4 months of oral or intravenous treatment.

Key results

Impact of Cureety TechCare triage on the number of phone calls, call durations and hospitalisation durations

The average number of calls per patient over 4 months of follow-up decreased from 5.6 to 1.9 with Cureety (p < 0.0001).

The average duration of calls per patient over 4 months decreased from 28.3 to 12.1 minutes (p = 0.0018).

The average duration of stay for hospitalized patients decreased from 39.3 to 15.3 days (p = 0.02).
