Effectiveness of a digital telemonitoring platform for cancer care of older patients: The ConnectElderlyPatientToDoctor study

A prospective, observational, monocentric, study to evaluate the use of Cureety in older patients compared to younger patients.

Comparison of the compliance of young patients (below 70 years old) and old patients (above or equal to 70 years old)

Older patients (70+) were as compliant as younger ones (mean 66%, no group difference p = 0.29).

Older patients divided in 2 groups based on the 1st month of monitoring: 'Tolerant' (79%) and 'Non-tolerant' (21%).

Progression-free survival was significantly better in 'Tolerant' patients (64.6% vs 23.4%, p = 0.034).
